Assortment of four 30 ml salt jars. Big flakes of Icelandic Nordur&Co Seasalt marinated in a decoction of Iceland Moss, a lichen that grows in some of the most extreme environments on Earth like arctic tundra or rocky coasts. Has a bitter, tonic, earthly taste and aromatic odor. The liquorice salt has intense flavor and aroma and is delicious on top of confectionery or on sweet deserts. Grey lava salt is a mild and herbal flavor of Arctic thyme which makes this salt blend delicious on meat and fish. Crowberry chilli salt is very rich in flavor and colour. Recommended to use on various meat dishes e.g. lamb, game, beef and pork.
