Big flakes of Icelandic Nordur&Co Seasalt marinated in a decoction of Iceland Moss, a lichen that grows in some of the most extreme environments on Earth like arctic tundra or rocky coasts. Has a bitter, tonic, earthly taste and aromatic odor.
